Return higher than supply.
- Boiler return water temperature higher than supply for more than 5 ignition attempts.
- Check system piping. Assure that the water is entering the return connection and exiting the supply connection.
- Compare the supply thermistor reading to the temperature gauge, if they don’t agree, replace the supply thermistor.
