The control senses a flame signal when there is no heat demand.
- Visually check for flame through the sight glass.
- Manually reset the water heater.
- Observe water heater operation. If fault code occurs again:
- Check ignitor cable connections.
- Check ignitor cable ground.
- Replace cable.
- Replace ignitor.
