Electrical supply frequency other than 60Hz.
- Check the electrical frequency of the system. If the electrical supply frequency is other than 60Hz, contact the electric company.
- Check if CS parameter is at 03. If the mains frequency is 60Hz, replace the command and control board. Make sure that the CS parameter is at 03.
